When making a reservation online the “Package description” will advise the booking condition: this will be either, No deposit, 1st Night deposit or non-refundable. On the “package description” you can choose from, “Breakfast included” or “Room only”.
NO DEPOSIT
DEPOSIT: No deposit will be charged.
CANCELLATIONS: We ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
In the event of a no show or less than 48 hours’ notice of a cancellation the full cost of accommodation will be charged.
1st NIGHT DEPOSIT
DEPOSIT: The value of the first night will be charged upon booking
CANCELLATIONS: We ask for a minimum of 14 days’ notice to issue a full refund of your deposit.
In the event of a “no-show” or less than 14 days’ notice of cancellation the full cost of accommodation will be charged.
NON-REFUNDABLE
Full payment is taken at the time of booking.
In the event of a cancellation , no refund is available.
